Processing Time

  • All jewelry and artwork is handmade and processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • During launches, markets, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Any delays will be communicated clearly.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Marie & Oakley is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

  • Local pickup may be available for select orders or markets. If applicable, this option will be clearly stated at checkout or communicated via email.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is offered on a limited basis.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Marie & Oakley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to us at hello@marieandoakley.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Marie & Oakley is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
